Procedure for submitting claims on quality issues and refunds
Technically complex product
According to item 6 Of the list of Technically complex goods approved by Government Decree No. 924 of 10.11.2011, it is impossible to return or exchange a product of good quality for which a warranty period is set!
To make claims on quality issues and return technically complex goods in cases provided for by the warranty card, you must:
Download and fill out the Claim. Each Claim field must be filled in. You must fill out a separate Claim for each Item.
Send the original claim along with the Product to the address: 27 sq. 63, Baikal street, Moscow, 107207, Russian Federation.
Transportation costs are paid by the buyer in accordance with the warranty card and the offer agreement.
After checking the Product and confirming its malfunction by conducting an examination/testing, a specialist from the complaint Department will contact You and inform you about the results of the inspection. For the procedure and terms of warranty repairs, see the Warranty card.
